Tushar Jani is the Chairman of CSC Group and SCA Group of Companies. He began his journey in the logistics industry over 40 years ago and has successfully founded and led many companies in varied areas of the logistics and supply chain sector, namely - Custom House Clearance, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Aviation, Warehousing, Courier and Express logistics, 3PL and 4PL Logistics, Supply Chain IT Services, and NVOCC services.

Tushar is the co-founder and former Chairman of Blue Dart Express Limited, the premier international and domestic courier company and also the co-founder of Blue Dart Aviation Limited, the first private air cargo carrier in India.

Tushar joined the 80-year-old family business of Clearing & Freight Forwarding (SCA Logistics Pvt. Ltd.) as a Management Trainee in 1975 after completing his B.Sc. from Mumbai University.

Tushar is an appointee member of the first executive council of Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University promoted by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India.

He continues to lead several Trade and Industry Associations including as the President of ACFI. He has held Presidential office at AMTOI and Chairman’s offices at Logistics Committee, Western Regional Council, CII; CII National Committee on Logistics; and Maharashtra State Council, CII. He has also been a member of FFFAI and the National Council on Aviation, CII.

Tushar is actively involved in various social welfare projects namely the Tuberculosis Research Centre at Bhavnagar; philanthropic trust, Tushar Jani Charitable Trust, which supports rehabilitation programs for disaster-affected communities, and the upliftment of people in rural areas across the country. His innovative ideas have brought a new perspective to community services and given birth to a program that started in Sihor taluka of Gujarat and is now scaled up nationally.

Tushar believes in building organizations through building people and he continues to give his leadership and guidance to his own teams in companies, entrepreneurs, industry associations, partners and to the community at large.

Bhairavi is a fourth-generation entrepreneur, developmental enthusiast and an avid philanthropist. She is the Chairperson and Founder of IEF Entrepreneurship Foundation and Executive Director of SCA Group of Companies founded in 1896. SCA Group undertakes activities in supply chain and logistics sector.

Bhairavi has been listed as one of the 30 most Powerful Women in India by the India Today publication. She has been profiled as Stree Shakti (Woman Power) person by CNBC Awaaz and featured as a Young Turk by CNBC TV 18. She has been listed as one of the 10 women exemplars by the Hindustan Times and Business Today Magazine has featured her as the Supply Chain Maven.

Bhairavi is World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leader. She is a KBF Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network of the Aspen Institute and a Responsible Leader of the BMW World Responsible Leaders Forum. She is a Member of the Trilateral Commission and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Business Honor Society, USA. She is Past National Chairman, CII's Young Indians. She is a trustee of India@75 Foundation, Leap Foundation and Ananta Centre and serves on the Global Advisory Committee of Earth Day Network, Advisory Board of Global Alliance of Mass Entrepreneurship and Global Advisory Network of Apolitical Academy Global. Currently she is also serving as the Co-Chair of CII’s India@75 Council for 2021-2022 and on the Trilateral Commission Task Force on Global Capitalism in Transition.

In the past decade Bhairavi has started, acquired, scaled up many ventures, most of them focused on supply chain and logistics. She is a firm believer in entrepreneurial ecosystems that create livelihood opportunities and dedicates a significant amount of her time, expertise and philanthropy for the cause. In 2014 Bhairavi undertook a project, “Highway to Swades”, for which she drove 18,181 km across India to gather information on peoples’ choices and views of entrepreneurship, livelihood and development.

Bhairavi graduated from Miami University, Ohio, USA with a Bachelor of Science in Business with Magna Cum Laude in 1999. She worked with KPMG Consulting in Washington DC and returned to India in 2001 to start her own venture, which she scaled up and then exited in 2005. After completing the MyGlobe Executive Education Programme at INSEAD in France in 2005, Bhairavi joined the SCA Group.
